Monkey Bread

Ingredients

1 Cup brown sugar 1 bag of frozen dough balls (Rhodes or Bridgeford)
1/2 Cup butter 1/2 Cup Raisins
2 teaspoons butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1/4 Cup cinnamon/sugar

Instructions

  1. Grease bundt pan with butter.

  2. Soak raisins in warm water for 30 minutes to rehydrate them and make them plumper. Strain raisins, discard water. Add 1/2 Cup of raisins into the bottom of the Bundt pan.

  3. Evenly distribute frozen rolls.

  4. Sprinkle over top
    • 1 Cup brown Sugar
    • 1/2 Cup melted butter
    • 2 tsp. butterscotch pudding
    • 1/4 Cup cinnamon/sugar

  5. Spray foil before putting on top of Bundt pan. Let rise 8 hours overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. The remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes.

  7. Invert immediately onto dish.
