Monkey Bread
Ingredients
1 Cup brown sugar 1 bag of frozen dough balls (Rhodes or Bridgeford) 1/2 Cup butter 1/2 Cup Raisins 2 teaspoons butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1/4 Cup cinnamon/sugar
Instructions
- Grease bundt pan with butter.
- Soak raisins in warm water for 30 minutes to rehydrate them and make them plumper. Strain raisins, discard water. Add 1/2 Cup of raisins into the bottom of the Bundt pan.
- Evenly distribute frozen rolls.
- Sprinkle over top
- 1 Cup brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup melted butter
- 2 tsp. butterscotch pudding
- 1/4 Cup cinnamon/sugar
- Spray foil before putting on top of Bundt pan. Let rise 8 hours overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. The remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes.
- Invert immediately onto dish.
